Jiasocial is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps users create, schedule, automate, and manage content across multiple social networks from one place.
To use Jiasocial, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country), provide accurate and up-to-date information, and use the service lawfully and responsibly.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and all activity under your account. Jiasocial may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Jiasocial offers free and paid plans with monthly billing. Prices may change with prior notice when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
You may not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, defamatory, or harmful activity, including spam or unauthorized automated behavior. Violations may result in immediate account restrictions.
All trademarks, software, designs, and content created by Jiasocial remain the property of Jiasocial or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own content and grant us only the rights required to provide the service.
Our platform may connect with third-party services (for example, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, and third-party disruptions may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiasocial is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Customers may request a refund within the first 7 calendar days after purchase. After that period, refunds do not apply. Cancellations stop future renewals, and access remains active until the end of the paid cycle. When applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Service delivery is digital and is activated once payment is confirmed. Access to features, limits, and credits depends on the purchased plan and account status.
